These bench plans build a seat on top of open storage: cubbies for shoes, baskets or bags, with a seat that rests on every divider so it stays stiff. Type the length, seat height and depth, and the cubbies are spaced evenly.
Bench and Mudroom Locker Plans
A bench made from plywood or melamine is a quick project: the parts are rectangles from one sheet, and edge banding finishes the front. For a full drop zone, the mudroom lockers add tall dividers, a hook rail in each locker and cubbies on top.
Each bench is built from sheet goods and doubles as storage. For a hall, the hall tree adds a back with coat hooks and a hat shelf above the bench.
