Privacy Policy

The short version: Plymap does not track you and does not show advertising. You can use the tools and free plans without an account. If you create a free account, we keep your email address and your choice about our emails, nothing more.

Without an account

We collect nothing that identifies you. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no visit statistics, and the site loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

With a free account

An account lets you open every design during early access. We keep:

  • Your email address, to send you sign-in codes and to know which account is yours. There is no password.
  • When the account was created and when you last signed in, recorded by the sign-in system.
  • Your choice about our emails (news about designs and offers) and when you made it. It is off unless you tick the box, and you can change it at any time in the app’s settings or with the link in every email.

We do not ask for your name, address or payment details, and we do not sell or share your email address.

Who stores it

Accounts are kept by Supabase, the database and sign-in service the app uses, which also sends the sign-in emails. It processes the data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

What is stored on your device

  • Your unit choice (millimetres or inches), in your browser’s local storage.
  • Your projects in the app: furniture, parts, boards and settings, in your browser’s storage (IndexedDB). They are not sent to us.
  • Your sign-in session and the designs of your account, so the app works offline. Signing out removes both.
  • An offline copy of the app, kept by your browser.

You can delete everything on your device by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. That also deletes your projects, so print or export them first.

How long, and your rights

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop our emails, at any time by writing to [email protected]; we delete accounts within 30 days of a request.

Server logs

Like every website, the servers that deliver the pages receive the technical details of each request: your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. Our hosting and database providers keep these logs for a short time for security; we do not use them to profile visitors.

Links to other services

The “Save to Pinterest” button opens Pinterest only when you click it; Pinterest’s own privacy policy then applies.

Children

The site is meant for adults planning furniture. Accounts are not for children under 13.

Changes

If we add payments or visit statistics, this page will say beforehand what is collected, why and for how long, and the date above will change.
