How much edge banding to buy
Add up the length of every banded edge, then add about 10% for the overhang you trim at each end and for mistakes. Edge band is sold in rolls, commonly 50, 100 or 200 m (or 25 and 250 ft), in widths of 19–23 mm for 18 mm board.
